Expected delivery by 9:00 AM the next business day.
AGAP Domestic Express 12:00
Expected delivery by 12:00 PM the next business day.
Delivery zone breakdown
To ensure billing transparency, Poland has been divided into two operational zones.
Major centers
Covers major provincial capitals and industrial centers, such as Białystok, Bydgoszcz, Częstochowa, Elbląg, Gdańsk, Gdynia, Katowice, Kielce, Kraków, Lublin, Łódź, Olsztyn, Opole, Poznań, Radom, Rzeszów, Szczecin, Toruń, Warsaw, Wrocław, and Zielona Góra.
Other locations
Covers all other towns and localities across the country.
Weight and size parameters
In domestic transport, we apply precise rules for calculating shipment weight, taking into account both actual weight and the space occupied in the means of transport. Volumetric (dimensional) weight is charged whenever it exceeds actual weight. We apply a volumetric conversion factor of 1 m³ = 250 kg.

AGAP’s operating system also includes a wide range of supplementary services that enhance security and service comfort.
Fixed time window
Option to specify a 60-minute pickup or delivery window.
Personal delivery
The shipment is handed over exclusively to the designated person after identity verification.
Cash on delivery (COD)
Collected amounts are returned within 5 business days as standard.
Proof of delivery (POD)
Original confirmation on the waybill; delivery of a copy of the waybill held in AGAP’s archive (provided as a scan, photocopy, or fax).
Pre-delivery notification (PDI)
The courier contacts the recipient to arrange a delivery time.
Second and further delivery attempts
If the recipient is absent, a further delivery attempt is made.
Delivery on business days (5:00 PM–8:00 PM)
Delivery on business days (8:00 PM–8:00 AM) and on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
Non-standard items and storage
AGAP provides professional handling of cargo that requires special attention due to its shape or properties.
Non-standard item (up to 31.5 kg)
Applies to packages that are round, oval, have protruding parts, or are marked with THIS SIDE UP labels.
Non-standard item (over 31.5 kg)
Mainly applies to non-palletized goods or those exceeding the outline of a EURO pallet.

Storage of a shipment at AGAP’s premises.
Packaging and professional wrapping
To ensure maximum transport security, we offer additional goods protection services. Packing on request: we use professional boxes, filler material, and stretch film.
