AGAP Express Worldwide Import
Enables efficient import of shipments from over 220 countries worldwide directly to Poland. Deliveries are made overnight or on the first possible business day.
AGAP Economy Select Import
A European road service enabling the import of packages and pallets at optimal transport cost.
AGAP Economy Select Import 3rd Country
A unique service allowing our Clients to arrange the transport of goods between two foreign countries (e.g. from China to Germany) bypassing transshipment in Poland, while invoicing goes to a Polish entity.
Pricing rules and technical parameters
AGAP applies transparent pricing rules, in line with international (IATA) standards, for calculating transport costs. The shipment cost is calculated based on the higher of the actual or volumetric weight.

AGAP’s Total Quality Management system also means full support with the formalities that often stand as a barrier to international trade.
Full customs handling
We provide support for both standard and non-routine customs clearance, acting in accordance with local regulations. We handle multi-item clearances, transit under customs supervision, and temporary import/export.
Time-definite delivery
Option to choose delivery by a specific time, e.g. before 9:00 AM (10:30 AM to the USA) or before 12:00 PM.
Financial protection
We offer shipment insurance and extended liability for documents.
Specialized surcharges
We handle the transport of dangerous goods (ADR), dry ice, lithium batteries, and category B biological materials (UN3373).
Non-standard item
An additional fee is charged for items with non-standard weight or dimensions that require manual handling.
Preparing a shipment for international transport
Correct packaging is essential to maintaining a zero-defect standard over long international routes.
Waybill
Every item must have a completed AGAP label, placed on the top or side of the package — never over a corner. It’s the shipment’s boarding pass – barcodes must be flat and readable by scanners.
Commercial invoice / pro forma
Required for all goods shipments from outside the Customs Union. A commercial invoice applies to sales transactions, while a pro forma is used for shipping samples or goods with no commercial value.
Packaging
Use sturdy boxes (remove old labels if reusing them). Fragile items should be protected with appropriate cushioning and placed as far as possible from the corners of the box, and sharp items should be packed so they cannot damage the packaging.
