Fixed time window
Option to specify a precise delivery window of at least 30 minutes for City Standard, City Express, or VIP services.
Waiting for the shipment
If the courier must wait more than 10 minutes for the package to be handed over, a fee is charged.
Pre-delivery notification (PDI)
AGAP couriers contact the recipient to arrange a delivery time window.
Proof of delivery (POD)
Original delivery confirmation on the AGAP waybill, verbally, or as a digital copy from AGAP’s archive.
Personal delivery
A service requiring personal pickup by the designated person.
Second and further delivery attempts
Option to make a further attempt to deliver the shipment.
Private address
Handling pickups or deliveries at addresses other than business ones.
Working hours 5:00 PM–8:00 PM
Order fulfillment during afternoon hours on business days.
Working hours 8:00 PM–8:00 AM and weekends
Delivery at night and on non-working days.
